An update of where we are so far in preparation for Meads Magic 2015

We would like to encourage that all traders offer some form of activity / entertainment to help raise money wherever possible. Please let us know what activities you plan to do during the event so we can add to our event schedule.
Best-dressed window competition:
Please remember the best-dressed window competition for traders. Based on their excellent displays in the past Grand Flowers have agreed to judge this.
The prize for the winning business will be a Christmas party menu meal for up to 6 people in The Ship to include 1 bottle of house wine.
NB:To be taken whilst Christmas menu available.
We are pleased that Eastbourne Mencap are the chosen charity this year and are delighted to confirm their planned involvement on the night in terms of helpers and a stall.
We have had plenty of communication with the lights contractor and this year will once again have warm light in the trees.
We are currently looking at alternatives to the trees stars that will hopefully create a great impact.
To support the light instalment and other activities we would be grateful that traders a some of £50 per trader which greatly contributes to the running of the event.

We are looking for helpers on the day and for the committee.
